Romantic meets edgy

Passear por Lisboa com o meu amor é um dos meus planos favoritos de Domingo. No passado Domingo fomos até às docas e à baixa-chiado e, apesar de ter chovido, o tempo melhorou um bocadinho e apeteceu-me usar sandálias, vocês sabem que é a minha parte favorita do Verão.
Walk around Lisbon with my love is one of my favorite plans for Sunday. Last Sunday we went to the docks and downtown and, despite being a rainy day, the weather got better and I was in the mood for some sandals, you guys know it's my favorite part of Summer.

Embora o Verão esteja mesmo no fim (estou morta por estrear as peças de Inverno que já comprei), o tempo ainda está quente, por isso neste dia decidi usar uma das blusas mais românticas que tenho no armário. Esta blusa da Mango, embora não seja da colecção deste ano, é completamente intemporal e versátil. Os folhinhos nas mangas são amorosos, tem um tecido muito macio e é muito leve.
Although Summer is almost over (I'm dying to use my new Winter pieces), the weather is still hot, so on this day I decided to wear one of the most romantic pieces that I have on my closet. This blouse from Mango, although it's not from this year's collection, is totally timeless and versatile. The little ruffles on the sleeves are lovely, it has a very soft material and it's very light weight.

Eu podia ter optado por usá-la com uns jeans mais clássicos ou uma saia, mas neste dia apeteceu-me misturar estilos, por isso usei-a com umas calças de ganga clara com alguns buracos. A combinação perfeita de uma peça romântica com outra completamente edgy e descontraída. O que acham? Usariam este look?

I could have chosen to wear it with some classier jeans or a skirt, but on this day I wanted to mix styles, so I chose to wear it with ripped jeans. The perfect combination of a romantic piece with another completely edgy and casual. What do you think? Would you wear this look?

P.S. Sim, cortei o cabelo. E muito, visto que ele já ia a meio das costas. Adoro mudar o visual entre estações e este Inverno, de acordo com a minha cabeleireira, os cabelos querem-se mais a direito, por isso coloquei-me nas mãos dela e gosto bastante. Gostam? :)
P.S. Yes, I cut my hair. And a lot, because it was reaching the middle of my back. I love changing my look between seasons and this Winter, according to my hair dresser, the hair is wanted straight, so I put myself on her hands and I like it a lot. Do you like it? :)

Sleek Makeup launched another new limited edition palette, inspired by the sands of Arabia and to fill our summer nights with glamour, here comes the Arabian Nights! Sleek was inspired by the Arabian looks to choose the colors of this palette, curious?

 

A Arabian Nights é uma paleta com cores mais escuras, tal como a marca diz, a paleta é para looks mais esfumados e sombreados, ou seja, “smoke & shadow”. A embalagem é giríssima! Repleta de motivos árabes e efeitos que me fazem lembrar a dança do ventre (não me perguntem porquê, mas aqueles apontamentos fazem-me lembrar as medalhas dos cintos das bailarinas eheheh). Confesso que o design da embalagem transmite-me até um pouco de calma e serenidade, talvez pela escolha das cores, não sei. E vocês, o que acham da embalagem? 
The Arabian Nights is a palette with darker colors, such as the brand called it, this palette is for more shaded and smoky looks, "smoke & shadows". The package is gorgeous! Filled with Arabic motifs and effects that remind me the belly dancing (don’t ask me why, but those motifs remind me of the medals from the belts of the dancers eheheh). I confess that the design of the package conveys silence and calm to me, perhaps because of the choice of colors, I don’t know. And you, what do you think about the package?

Esta paleta tem cores lindas! Confesso que é mesmo ao meu estilo, mais “dark”, perfeita para visuais esfumados e arrojados (ai adoro tanto!). As cores são todas de efeito shimmer, excepto uma (3ª da linha de baixo). A combinação de cores é perfeita e permite-nos fazer várias combinações, obtendo assim vários looks. Todos em tons mais escuros é verdade, mas como as sombras são quase todas shimmer, também conseguimos obter visuais bastante iluminados. Adoro mesmo a escolha das cores e acho que tem um toque árabe, com as cores fortes e os brilhos. Estou desejosa de meter as mãos nesta menina! 
This palette has beautiful colors! I confess that is really my style, "darker" and perfect for smoky and bold visuals (oh I love it so much!). All the colors have a shimmer effect, except one (the 3rd from the bottom line). The color combination is perfect and allows us to make several combinations, thus getting several looks. All in darker tones it’s true, but because almost all the shadows are shimmer, we can also manage to get brighter visuals. I really love the choice of colors and I think it has an Arabian touch, with strong colors and sparkles. I'm so excited to get my hands on this girl!

Last sunset in Vilamoura

Bom dia a todos! Como foi o vosso fim-de-semana? Chegámos ao último post de Vilamoura e, neste caso, às fotos da última noite e do último pôr-do-sol. Este dia foi também o aniversário do meu amor e por isso fomos até à marina jantar e festejar. O pôr-do-sol de Vilamoura é um dos mais lindos que eu já vi. Quando o sol se começa a esconder atrás dos barcos e dos majestosos hotéis e quase a tocar na água, isso sim é um momento perfeito e romântico, digno de uma foto. 

Morning everyone! How was your weekend? We have arrived to the last post about Vilamoura and, in this case, to the pictures from the last night and the last sunset. This day was also my love's birthday and so we went to the marina to have dinner and celebrate. The sunset in Vilamoura is one of the most beautiful ones I've ever seen. When the sun starts to hide behind the boats and the beautiful hotels and almost touching the water, that is really a perfect and romantic moment that deserves a photo.

Os únicos saltos altos que levei para a viagem ficaram reservados para este dia, já que era um dia muito especial. Eu já vos tinha mostrado estes sapatos num post diferente e vi que o feedback foi positivo e que vocês gostaram muito. Eu admito, sou apaixonada por eles. Além de super confortáveis, adoro o nude com o padrão de cobra e consigo conjugá-los com imensa roupa.

The only high heels I took to the trip were destined to this day, because it was a special day. I had already shown you these shoes in a different post and I saw such a positive feedback and you guys liked it a lot. I admit, I'm in love with them. Besides super comfortable, I love the nude with the snake print and I can pair them with a lot of different clothes.

Nesta noite decidi usá-los com uns calções tipo crochet pretos, a puxar para o padrão dos sapatos, e uma blusa em tons de rosa com um corte assimétrico que eu adoro. Esta mala já tem mais de um ano, mas eu continuo a adorá-la e a usá-la imenso, por ser tão versátil.

On this night I decided to use them with black crochet shorts, meeting the color of the print in the shoes, and a pinkish blouse with an asymmetric cut that I love. This bag has over a year, but I still love it and I use it a lot, because it's so versatile.

Fiquem então com as fotos, espero muito que gostem e desejo a todos uma semana fantástica. Aguardem por uma surpresa ainda este semana, algo que já não acontece há algum tempo por aqui eheh.
