As the name suggests, this brand really came to revolutionize the makeup
world. Almost all the products from this brand are perfect dupes from products of
reputed brands. These products are always more expensive and now we can get them at a much more affordable price.

Já todos sabem do meu grande vício… batons! Pois
bem, a minha primeira compra da MakeUp Revolution foi um batom. Adquiri o
Salvation Velvet Lacquer, um batom liquido que passados alguns segundos da sua
aplicação seca e fica completamente mate! Este batom é um dupe perfeitíssimo
do Velvetine da Lime Crime, que também já fiz review aqui no blog.
All of you know about my addiction... lipsticks! Well, my first MakeUp Revolution purchase was a lipstick. I acquired the Salvation Velvet Lacquer, a liquid lipstick that after a few
seconds of application dries and stays completely matte! This lipstick is one
of the most perfect dupes from the Velvetine by Lime Crime, which I already reviewed
here on the blog.

na cor Keep Trying For You, um vermelho bem vivo. E como é de efeito mate fica
perfeito nos lábios e é ideal agora para a época mais fria.
Mine is in the color Keep Trying For You, a vivid red. And because it has a matte
effect, it stays perfect on the lips and is ideal for the colder season.
O
aplicador é o típico aplicador de lip gloss, com a típica esponja. A sua
aplicação é bastante fácil e o produto espalha-se muito bem. Como podem ver na
segunda imagem, um swatch do produto, tinha sido acabado de aplicar e já
tinha começado a secar. Adoro a cor!
The applicator is the typical applicator from
a lip gloss, with the typical sponge. Its application is quite easy and the
product spreads very well. As you can see in the second picture, a swatch from the product, as soon as it was applied it began to dry. I love the color!

E depois
de aplicado é assim que fica nos lábios. Não é perfeito? Com efeito mate e de
acabamento seco, tal como eu gosto! Apesar de ser mate não deixa os lábios
ressequidos, como alguns batons.
And that is how it looks after applied on the lips. Isn't it perfect? With
matte effect and dry finish, just the way I like it! Despite being matte it doesn't leave the
lips dry like some lipsticks do.
Como é um vermelho puro tem um subtom azul.
E as cores frias tendem a dar um efeito branqueador aos dentes. Como podem ver na foto, confirma-se!
Because it's a
pure red, it has a blue undertone. And the cold colors tend
to give a whitening effect on the teeth. As you can see by the picture, it’s confirmed!
Como já
puderam ver, a pigmentação deste batom é fantástica. Apliquei-o quando tirei a
foto acima, por volta das 14h. Quando cheguei a casa, por volta das 18h,
voltei a tirar uma foto para verem como a duração deste produto é estrondosa.
As you can see, the pigmentation of this lipstick is fantastic. I
applied it when I took the picture above, around 2pm. When I got home,
around 6pm, I took another photo to see how the duration of this product
is amazing.
O batom estava intacto! E mesmo para
desmaquilhar tive de utilizar um desmaquilhante bifásico.
The lipstick was intact! And even to remove it I had to use a biphasic
cleanser.
