Estamos no início de mais uma semana e parece que o bom tempo veio para ficar, apesar do frio temos sido presenteados com um belo sol. 

We are at the beginning of another week and it seems that the good weather is here to stay, despite the cold we have been having a beautiful sun. 

Hoje trago-vos novamente novidades fresquinhas!

Today I bring you fresh news once again!

Apesar de ainda estar frio, as marcas começam já a pensar no tempo mais quente. Uma dessas marcas é a Essence! Conhecida pela sua qualidade aliada ao excelente preço, a marca já começou a pensar na sua próxima colecção de maquilhagem.

Although it’s still cold, the brands are alreadythinking about the warm weather. One of those brands is Essence! Known for its quality allied to excellent prices, the brand has already begun to think about its next makeup collection.

A marca já revelou a sua colecção de maquilhagem para a Primavera de 2015. Inspirada na simplicidade, modernismo e frescura, a Essence decidiu lançar uma colecção à base de tons nude. Para as mulheres sofisticadas ou até mesmo para as mais básicas. Terá como nome I Love Nude!

The brand has revealled its makeup collection for Spring 2015. Inspired by simplicity, modernism and freshness, Essence decided to launch a collection based on nude tones. For sophisticated women or even for the most basic ones. Its name is I Love Nude! 

Mostro-vos agora alguns dos produtos desta nova e fresca colecção.

Now I show you some of the products from this new and fresh makeup collection.

Começamos com os batons (tinha de ser!). A marca lançou 5 novas cores, todas em tons neutros o que é bastante prático, pois dá sempre com tudo. Adoro as novas cores e já estou a pensar em qual delas hei-de comprar primeiro.

We begin with the lipsticks (it had to be!). The brand has launched 5 new colors, all in neutral colors which is quite practical as always goes with everything. I love the new colors and I'm already thinking about which one shall I buy first.

Para complementar cada batom, a Essence lançou também 4 novos lip glosses. Para um efeito brilhante e uns lábios mais volumosos. As cores são lindas, não acham? 

To complement each lipstick, Essence also launched 4 new lip glosses. For a shiny effect and fuller lips. The colors are beautiful, right?

Passamos agora para os olhos. A marca decidiu optar pelo formato de sombras de olhos individuais. Todas em tons neutros e mate, podendo assim serem combinadas para obtermos diferentes looks. 

Now we turn to the eyes. The brand decided to launch individual eyeshadows. All in neutral and matte tones, that can be mixed to give different looks.

Essence decidiu também lançar uma nova máscara de pestanas. Promete dar volume às pestanas e um efeito de olhar de princesa. Apenas está disponível na cor preta e tem como nome Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara. 

Essence also decided to launch a new mascara. It promises to give volume to the eyelashes and a princess effect. It's only available in black and its name is Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara. 

Para uma linha de maquilhagem ficar completa, não podia faltar uma gama de vernizes. Todos em tons nude, que vão estar muito em voga. E um top coat com glitter. 

For a makeup line to be completed, it had to have a range of nail polishes. All in nude tones, which will be very used. And a top coat with glitter.

E esta será a próxima colecção da Essence! Com tons muito neutros, mas acima de tudo sofisticados. A colecção I Love Nude estará disponível nas lojas no início da Primavera. 

And this will be the next makeup collection by Essence! With very neutral tones, but most of all very sophisticated. The collection I Love Nude will be available in stores in early Spring.

Estamos a chegar ao final de mais uma semana e mais uma vez trago-vos novidades fresquinhas!

We are reaching the end of another week and once again I bring you fresh news! 

O último post foi sobre o lançamento da nova colecção da MAC, dedicada ao próximo filme da Disney, Cinderela. Hoje trago-vos algo semelhante, pois a MAC não é a única marca a associar-se à Disney. 

The last post was about the launch of MAC's new collection, dedicated to the next Disney movie, Cinderella. Today I bring you something similar, because MAC isn’t the only brand partnering with Disney. 

Desta vez é uma marca bem mais acessível monetariamente, é a Essence. Em meados do mês de Março a Essence lançará a sua nova colecção de maquilhagem, Cinderella. 

This time it’s a much more affordable brand, Essence. In March Essence will launch its new makeup collection, Cinderella. 

A marca preparou uma gama de produtos unicamente dedicada ao próximo filme da Disney com produtos muito femininos e cores delicadas. 

The brand has prepared a range of products dedicated to the next Disney movie with very feminine products and with delicate colors. 

Mostro-vos agora mais detalhadamente alguns produtos desta nova colecção. 

Now I show you in more detail some products from this new collection. 

Começamos com a categoria de rosto. Este é o blush que fará parte da colecção Cinderela. Um rosa bem feminino! A embalagem é linda! Este é o So This Is Love. 

We begin with the face. This is the blush that will be part of the Cinderella Collection. A very feminine pink! The packaging is beautiful! This is So This Is Love. 

A Essence lançará também um iluminador em pó, no formato compacto. Com um subtom rosado lindo! Este é o The Glass Slipper. 

Essence will also launch an illuminating compact powder. With a beautiful pinkish undertone! This is The Glass Slipper. 

Passando agora para a categoria de olhos, a marca decidiu lançar uma nova paleta de sombras. Com 6 sombras de acabamento shimmer, mas todas em tons diferentes. Podendo assim obter diferentes looks com uma só paleta. Esta é a It’s More Than I Ever Hoped For. 

Turning now to the eyes, the brand decided to launch a new eyeshadow palette. 6 eyeshadows with a shimmer finish, but all in different shades. Thus being easy to get different looks with one palette. This is the It's More Than I Ever Hoped For. 

Agora na categoria de lábios, a marca decidiu lançar apenas lip glosses. Ambos com um toque shimmer. 

Now the lips, the brand decided to launch only lip glosses. Both with a shimmer touch.

Claro que uma linha de maquilhagem tinha de ter uma gama de vernizes. A maioria em tons metálicos, muito à princesa. 

And of course that a makeup line had to have a range of nail polishes. Most of them in metallic tones, princess style.

Além dos vernizes a Essence lançou também um top coat com brilhantes, para podermos dar um toque especial às unhas. Este é o The Glass Slipper. 

In addition to the nail polishes, Essence also released a top coat with glitter, in order to give a special touch to the nails. This is The Glass Slipper. 

Para dar um toque diferente às unhas, a marca lançou também duas versões de autocolantes para as unhas. Para as mais novas ou até mesmo para as mulheres mais divertidas. 

To give a different touch to the nails, the brand also launched two versions of nail stickers. For younger or even for funnier women.

E esta será a próxima colecção da Essence, toda dedicada à princesa da Disney, a Cinderela. Acho que a colecção está bem concebida e com um toque encantado. 

And this will be the next collection by Essence, all dedicated to the Disney princess, Cinderella. I think the collection is well designed and with a fairytale touch.

A boat trip to Tróia

Dia 1 de Fevereiro, domingo, no meio do Estuário do Sado, a caminho de Tróia. Assim foi o nosso domingo! Muito romance no ar, já perceberam não já? Somos uns românticos incuráveis. E ainda bem, eu adoro que assim seja! Neste dia, depois de um pequeno-almoço perfeito, fomos de ferry-boat até Tróia. Tirando a chuva que ia caindo de vez em quando, a viagem pelo Sado é lindíssima. A água transmite-me sempre imensa paz (golfinhos? onde andavam vocês?). E Tróia é linda! Como fomos no Inverno não conseguimos ver nada muito a fundo pois estava tudo fechado e a chuva não ajudou nada, mas ainda assim deu para ver as lindas paisagens e os hotéis 5* maravilhosos. Se no Inverno é assim, só imagino como será no Verão. 

February 1st, sunday, in the middle of the Estuário do Sado, on our way to Tróia. That's how our sunday was like! A lot of romance in the air, you got that right? We're so romantic! And I'm glad we are, I love that we are like that! On this day, after a perfect breakfast, we got the ferry-boat to Tróia. Despite the rain once in a while, the trip through Sado is beautiful. Water can always bring me such peace (dolphins? where were you?). And Tróia is beautiful! Because we went there on Winter we didn't manage to see anything very deeply because everything was closed and the rain didn't help it, but still we got to see the beautiful landscapes and the amazig 5* hotels. If it looks like that in Winter, I only imagine how it looks in the Summer.

Neste dia optei por mais um look simples e confortável, o mais importante para mim quando estou a passear. Nada de saltos altos, roupa desconfortável ou malas grandes, para isso já basta o dia-a-dia! Podem ver que o casaco, a mala e as botas são as mesmas do dia anterior, só mudei o resto da roupa. Ultimamente, quando não estou de farda claro, tenho vivido em sobreposições. Tops por baixo de camisas, camisas por baixo de camisolas, camisolas por baixo de casacos, casacos por baixo de coletes, e podia continuar. Adoro sobreposições no Inverno, é uma das razões porque gosto tanto da moda de Inverno. Podemos misturar e sobrepor à vontade, usar a imaginação! Aqui temos uma camisa branca por baixo de uma camisola de algodão às riscas, adoro ver a gola da camisa a espreitar e a diferença de alturas entre as duas peças de roupa. 

On this day I chose a very simple and comfortable look, the most important to me when walking a lot and sight-seeing. No high heels, uncomfortable clothing or big bags, because that is already a normal day of the week! You can see the coat, the bag and the boots are the same from the previous day, I only changed the rest of the outfit. Lately, when I'm not in my uniform of course, I have been living in layers. Tops under shirts, shirts under sweaters, sweaters under jackets, jackets under vests, and I could go on. I love layers in winter, it's one of the reasons why I love Winter fashion so much. We can mix and layer as our wish, use imagination! Here we have a white shirt under a cotton stripped sweater, I love seeing the shirt's collar peeking out and the difference of heights between the two pieces of clothing.
