Naked 3: original vs. replica by Joana Pedro

After two weeks of holidays, we're back! And full of ideas and news to tell you! 

E começamos já com um post bem especial! Há uns tempos eu e a Ana juntámo-nos e fizemos uma comparação entre a paleta de sombras Naked 2 e uma réplica da mesma. Hoje trago-vos o mesmo post, mas em relação à Naked 3. Curiosas? Vamos lá a isto! 

And we begin with a very special post! A while ago me and Ana joined and made a comparison between the eyeshadow palette Naked 2 and the respective replica. Today I bring you the same post, but concerning the Naked 3. Curious? Let's do this! 

Por fora as paletas são completamente idênticas! Apenas têm uma ligeira diferença, em que a réplica tem uma tonalidade mais dourada, enquanto que a original apresenta uma cor mais rosada. 

On the outside the palettes are completely identical! There is only a slight difference in the replica that has a more golden tone than the original, that has a more pinkish color. 

Por dentro as semelhanças são imensas. A maior diferença é na cor da parte plástica da embalagem, onde se encontram as sombras. A réplica é mais rosa e a original mais para o castanho. 

Inside there are a lot of similarities. The biggest difference is the color of the plastic from the package. The replica is more pink and the original more brown. 

Eu e a Ana decidimos mostrar-vos melhor as sombras de cada paleta, para isso tirámos fotos mais próximas ao longo de toda a paleta, para que fosse possível ver as 12 sombras. A paleta de cima é a réplica e a paleta de baixo a original. Na paleta original, a segunda sombra sofreu um pequeno acidente (e quando acontecem partem-nos o coração ahaha, não é verdade?). 

Me and Ana decided to show you the eye shadows of each palette, for that we took pictures throughout the palette, so that you could see the 12 shadows. The palette above is the replica and the one under that is the orignal. In the original palette, the second shadow had a little accident (and when they happen, they break our hearts ahaha, right?). 

Mas óbvio que eu não vos deixo apenas com uma descrição, já sabem! Por isso, fiz swatch de todas as sombras de ambas as paletas. Vou mostrando cada sombra uma a uma e comparando entre a réplica e a paleta original. Preparadas? Então vamos lá começar esta maratona! 

But of course I will not let you only with a description, you know that! So I did swatches of all the shadows from both palettes. I will show every shadow one by one and compare between the replica and the original palette. Ready? So let's get started! 

A primeira sombra é a Strange e como podem ver a pigmentação da original é bem mais forte do que a da réplica. 

The first shadow is Strange and as you can see the pigmentation of the original is much stronger than the one from the replica. 

A segunda sombra é a Dust. Aqui o efeito é o invertido, pois a sombra com melhor pigmentação é a da réplica. A nível de cor são completamente iguais. 

The second shadow is Dust. Here the effect is reversed, because the shadow with better pigmentation is from the replica. Concerning color they are completely the same. 

A terceira sombra é a Burnout, é um dourado com um subtom rosa lindo! A cor é igual em ambas, tal como a pigmentação. A sombra da réplica tem um pouco mais de shimmer do que a original. 

The third shadow is Burnout, a golden shadow with a beautiful pink undertone! The color is the same for both, such as pigmentation. The shadow of the replica has a little more shimmer than the original. 

A próxima sombra é a Limit! Como se vê na imagem, esta é das poucas sombras que são completamente diferentes. Na réplica, a sombra é um castanho claro, praticamente cor de pele e com um leve brilho. Na paleta original a sombra é um castanho claro, com um subtom rosado e completamente mate. 

The next shadow is Limit! As you can see in the picture, this is one of the few shadows that are completely different. In the replica, the shadow is a light brown, almost skin color and with a light sheen to it. In the original palette the shadow is a light brown with a pink undertone and completely matte. 

A sombra seguinte é a Buzz. A pigmentação é igual em ambas as paletas, só muda um pouco a intensidade da cor. Mas ambas são lindas!

The following shadow is Buzz. The pigmentation is the same in both palettes, the color intensity is the only thing that changes a little bit. But they are both beautiful! 

A próxima sombra é a Trick. Esta sombra é igual em ambas as paletas. 

The next shadow is Trick. This shadow is the same in both palettes. 

A sombra seguinte é a Nooker. Em questão de pigmentação é igualmente boa. O que varia é um pouco a cor, ambas as sombras são cremes, mas a da réplica tem um subtom cinzento e a da paleta original tem um subtom castanho. 

The following shadow is Nooker. In pigmentation they're equally good. What changes is the color, both shadows have a cream color, but the replica has a gray undertone and the original has a brown undertone. 

A próxima sombra é a Liar. Apesar de visivelmente parecerem muito diferentes, quando fizemos o swatch deparámo-nos com duas sombras exactamente iguais. 

The next shadow is Liar. While they seem very different, when we did the swatch we were faced with two shadows exactly alike. 

As próximas sombras são também igualmente iguais. Esta é a Factory! 

The next shadows are equally the same. This is Factory! 

As próximas sombras, tal como as anteriores, são exactamente iguais. Esta é a Mugshot!

The next shadows, such as the ones above, are exactly alike. This is Mugshot! 

A próxima sombra é a Darkside. Ambas as sombras têm uma boa pigmentação. A sua diferença é na cor. A réplica tem uma tonalidade mais rosada, enquanto que a original tem uma tonalidade mais beringela.

The next shadow is Darkside. Both shadows have a good pigmentation. Their difference is in the color. The replica has a rosier tone, while the original has a more eggplant tone. 

A sombra seguinte é a última da paleta, é a Blackheart! A pigmentação de ambas as sombras é óptima e o seu tom base é o mesmo. A réplica tem um subtom roxo e a original tem um subtom preto. 

The following shadow is the last one in the palettes, it's the Blackheart! The pigmentation is great in both of them and their basic tone is the same. The replica has a purple undertone and the original has a black undertone. 

E esta foi a comparação entre a paleta original da Urban Decay, Naked 3, e entre uma réplica. Ambas as paletas são boas, têm as duas uma óptima pigmentação, mas algumas cores são ligeiramente diferentes, como puderam ver. As sombras da Urban Decay são no geral um pouco poeirentas, mas as da réplica são um pouco mais do que as da paleta original. 

And this was the comparison between the original palette from Urban Decay, Naked 3, and the replica. Both palettes are good, they both have great pigmentation, but some colors are slightly different, as you can see. The eye shadows from Urban Decay are overall a little dusty, but the replica is a little more than the original palette.
