Depois de vários dias a usarmos maquilhagem
com um bocado mais de frequência, a nossa pele pode começar a ressentir-se,
ficando um pouco mais seca ou até mesmo com alguma oleosidade e borbulhas. Por
isso nestas alturas temos de lhe dar especial atenção.
After several days using makeup with a little bit more frequency, our skin can
start to resent, getting a little drier or even with some oiliness and pimples.
So these times we need to give it a special attention.
Como já disse num post anterior aqui, a primeira
coisa a fazer é desmaquilhar sempre! É algo que não podem mesmo deixar de
fazer.
As I said in a previous post here, the first thing to do is to remove the makeup
always! It's something that you should never stop doing.
O próximo passo é lavar o rosto com um
sabonete ou gel indicado para a nossa pele, assim iremos remover todos os
restos de maquilhagem e toda a restante “sujidade” do nosso rosto.
The next step is to wash your face with a soap or gel suitable for your
skin, so you’ll remove all traces of makeup and all other "dirt" on
your face.

Este é o gel de limpeza da Nivea Visage da
linha Young. É o Wash Off! Um gel de limpeza suave, que remove a maquilhagem,
ajuda a prevenir as impurezas e promete uma pele pura e fresca. Já o utilizo há
vários anos e garanto-vos que é genial, faz tudo o que promete e ajuda-me a
controlar a oleosidade da minha pele, além disso tem um cheiro muito agradável
e uma textura sedosa.
This is the
cleansing gel by Nivea Visage from the line Young. It's the Wash Off! A gentle
cleansing gel that removes makeup, helps to prevent impurities and promises a
pure and fresh skin. I have been using it for a few years and I assure you that it’s
great, it does everything it promises and helps me control the oiliness of my skin. In addition to that it has a very pleasant smell and a silky texture.
O
próximo produto que também uso para limpeza do rosto é o Soft Face da linha
Capricho do Boticário. Este é um sabonete líquido especial para peles oleosas e
com tendência acneica, que é o meu caso. Esta linha é composta por 4 passos,
sendo este produto o primeiro de todos. Um sabonete suave que ajuda
visivelmente a limpar e remover o excesso de oleosidade.
The next product that I also use to clean the face is the Soft
Face by the Capricho line from Boticário. This is a special liquid soap for oily
and acne-prone skin, which is my case. This line consists on 4 steps, this
product is the first of all. A mild soap that visibly helps to clean and remove
the excess of oil.
Para ficarmos com uma pele realmente limpa e
livre de impurezas, lavar o rosto com um sabonete não chega. Para remover
qualquer resíduo indesejável na nossa pele devemos utilizar seguidamente um
tónico de limpeza facial.
To stay with a clean and free of impurities skin, wash your face
with a soap isn’t enough. To remove any unwanted residues on your skin you should
use after a facial tonic cleanser.
Continuando
na linha Young da Nivea Visage, temos também um tónico de limpeza. Este é o
Stay Clear. Um tónico purificante feito à base de sais marinhos, que ajuda a
prevenir as borbulhas e pontos negros e, tal como o anterior, promete uma pele
limpa e fresca. Digo-vos meninas, este é um produto mesmo bom!
Continuing on the Nivea Visage Young line, we also have a cleaning tonic. This is the Stay Clear. A cleansing tonic based on
marine salts, which helps to prevent pimples and blackheads and, like the previous one,
promises a clean and fresh skin. I tell you girls, this is a really good
product!

continuação à linha Soft Face do Boticário, apresento-vos o tónico de limpeza.
Limpa, remove resíduos e excesso de oleosidade e ajuda a inibir o
desenvolvimento das bactérias que causam o acne. Esta
linha é bastante boa para peles oleosas.
Giving continuation to the Soft Face line by Boticário, meet the cleaning tonic. It cleans, removes waste and excess oils and helps to inhibit the
development of bacteria that cause acne. This line is very good for oily skins.
Para obtermos uma pele limpa e livre de
imperfeições, devem também utilizar um esfoliante facial. Este produto vai
eliminar as células mortas da pele, removendo assim os resíduos
impróprios e evitando as imperfeições.

scrub. This product will eliminate the dead cells of your skin, thus removing the unsuitable residues and avoiding imperfections.
Este
é um dos meus esfoliantes preferidos e um dos meus leais amigos. É o esfoliante
de rosto da Avéne. Este é um esfoliante suave, pois contém pequenos “grãos”
propícios para peles sensíveis. Limpa em suavidade e devido ao seu ingrediente
principal, água termal, contém propriedades anti-irritantes e confere à pele
uma suavidade de cetim.
This is one of my favorite exfoliatives and one of my loyal friends. It's
the exfoliative by Avéne. This is a gentle exfoliative because it contains small
"grains" suitable for sensitive skins. It cleans and due to its
main ingredient, thermal water, it contains anti-irritant properties and gives
the skin a satin smoothness.

próximo produto é o Puré Active Exfo Brosse da Garnier. Este é um gel de
limpeza com uma escova esfoliante. Já se imaginaram a lavar os dentes sem
escova? Pois bem, com a pele acontece o mesmo. Este produto contém uma suave
escova para ajudar a limpar a pele em profundidade e combater as imperfeições.
The next product is the Pure Active Exfo Brosse by Garnier. This is a
cleaning gel with a scrub brush. Did you ever imagined brushing your teeth without a toothbrush?
Well, with the skin is the same thing. This product contains a soft brush to help

Para uma pele limpa e saudável, têm também

aquisições. É o creme de rosto hidratante Hydra-Adapt da Garnier, este é o
especial para peles mistas a oleosas (que é o meu caso). Desenvolvido com uma fórmula especial livre de óleos e à base de chá verde, promete hidratar e
refrescar a pele em 24horas. Unifica e matifica a tez, deixando a pele suave e
realmente hidratada. Estou a adorá-lo!
This product is one of my latest acquisitions. It’s the cream face
moisturizer Hydra-Adapt by Garnier, this is especially for combination to oily skin
(which is my case). Developed with a special form of free base oils and green
tea, it promises to moisturize and refresh the skin in 24 hours. It unifies the complexion, leaving the skin soft and really moisturized. I’m
loving it!
Depois da época das festividades, altura em
que nós mulheres utilizamos maquilhagem um pouco mais excessivamente e durante mais
dias seguidos, a nossa pele acaba por se ressentir e ficar ressecada.
Por isso devemos mimá-la um pouco mais. Se seguirmos os passos anteriores,
