London day IV

Bom dia!

Good morning!

No penúltimo dia em Londres o dia começou bem cedo por Portobello. Como fomos muito cedo ainda estavam a montar tudo aos poucos, mas naquela zona adorei especialmente ver o mercado a ganhar forma logo pela manhã de Sábado e ver todas as casinhas adoráveis de cores pastéis que cobrem as ruas de Portobello. De seguida fomos até à Abadia de Westminster, que é linda linda linda e de cortar a respiração e entrámos na Banqueting House, um antigo palácio que ainda hoje é utilizado para realizar festas e bailes.

On the fourth day in London the day started really early around Portobello. As we were there so early they were still putting things together, but in that area I specifically liked watching the market take form on a Saturday morning and watching all the adorable little houses with pastel colors that cover up all the Portobello streets. Next we went to Westminster Abbey,  which is beautiful beautiful beautiful and breathtaking and we went inside Banqueting House, an old palace that is still used today to make parties and balls.

E depois finalmente fomos ao Natural History Museum ver os dinossauros (e não só claro)! Se começarmos pela fachada e acabarmos nas exposições dentro do museu, existem muitas razões para este ser um museu tão conhecido mundialmente e ser tão apreciado pelos turistas. Mais uma vez, como vos tinha dito que aconteceu no Madame Tussaud, passámos horas dentro deste museu e nem vimos as horas passar. Adorámos! Depois do Natural History Musem e de uma pausa para almoçar foi a vez do Victoria and Albert Museum e do Science Museum.

And then finally we went to the Natural History Museum to see the dinosaurs (and other things of course)! If we start on the building itself and we finish on the actual exhibitions inside the museum, there are a lot of reasons why this museum is known around the world and is appreciated by all the tourists. Once again, like I told you that happened in Madame Tussaud, we spent hours inside this museum and we didn't even see the hours. We LOVED it! After the Natural History Museum and a break to have lunch, it was time to see the Victoria and Albert Museum and the Science Museum.

Para terminar o dia fomos visitar a Rainha ao Buckingham Palace (que infelizmente só pode ser visitado por dentro nos meses de Verão quando a rainha está de férias fora de Londres) e o Green Park mesmo lá ao lado. 

To finish off the day we went to visit the Queen to the Buckingham Palace (that unfortunately can only be visited inside in the summer months when the queen is on vacation outside London) and the Green Park right next to it.

No início da semana precisamos sempre de mais um pouco de energia, depois de dois dias de descanso. E nada melhor para nos dar essa energia do que um docinho como incentivo. 

Earlier in the week we always need a little more power, after two days of rest. And nothing better to give us that energy than with a sweetie as an incentive.

Venho falar-vos da paleta mais doce do mundo da maquilhagem: a Chocolate Bar da Too Faced! 

I come to talk about the sweetest palette from the makeup world: the Chocolate Bar by Too Faced! 

Esta paleta tem uma combinação de sombras lindas! Desde acabamentos mate a shimmer. É composta maioritariamente por tons neutros, mas ao mesmo tempo muito diferentes, podendo assim obter os mais diferentes looks. 

This palette has a combination of beautiful eye shadows! From shimmer to matte finish. It’s mostly composed by neutral tones, but at the same time they're all very different, so we can get different looks. 

As sombras são as típicas sombras de olhos em pó no formato compacto. Mas as sombras da Too Faced apesar de serem em pó, são sempre cremosas, o que torna muito fácil a sua aplicação e apaixonar-nos por elas! Além de linda, esta paleta tem um cheiro fantástico e super delicioso! Cheira mesmo a chocolate, e acreditem que dá mesmo vontade de provar (juro que ainda não fiz isso ahahah). Esta maquilhagem é feita com cacau em pó puro, que é um óptimo antioxidante.  

The shadows are the typical powder eye shadows in the compact format. But the Too Faced shadows despite being powdery, are always creamy, which makes the application and fall in love with them very easy! In addition to that, this palette has a fantastic and super delicious smell! It really smells like chocolate and believe in me when I say that it really makes you want to taste it  (I swear I haven’t done it yet ahahah). This makeup is made with pure cocoa powder, which is also a great antioxidant.

I now show you a swatch from each shadow of this delicious palette. 

Através das imagens conseguiram ter uma noção da estrondosa pigmentação destas meninas e de como são cremosas. Todas as sombras foram aplicadas directamente na pele, sem qualquer preparação da mesma ou primer. 

Through the pictures you can get a sense of the amazing pigmentation of these babies and how they are creamy. All shadows were applied directly to the skin without any preparation or any primer.

Confesso que adoro esta paleta! Começando pela fantástica embalagem, as cores lindas das sombras e acabando no delicioso cheiro das mesmas. A Too Faced está realmente de parabéns! 

I confess that I love this palette! Starting with the fantastic packaging, the beautiful colors of the eye shadows and finishing of with their delicious smell. Too Faced really has to be congratulated!
