It Palette by Sephora

Os saldos já começaram e este ano já encontrei coisas muito interessantes, ao contrário do ano passado que para mim foram uma desilusão. Entre elas está esta paleta de sombras da Sephora. O preço original dela é 29,95€ e agora está a 12€. Não dava para a deixar na loja com um preço destes, não é? 

The sales are here and this year I already found some interesting stuff, on the contrary of last year that was a disappointment to me. Among them is this eye shadow palette by Sephora. The original price is 29,95€ and now is on sale for 12€. I couldn't leave it behind with that price, could I?

Chama-se It Palette e tem 12 sombras de olhos, um lápis de olhos cinzento e um pincel. Os tons são basicamente todos neutros, o que é perfeito para o meu dia-a-dia, mas ainda assim tem uns tons azuis escuros, um verde e um preto ideais para maquilhagens mais arrojadas para a noite. Os tons mais claros são perfeitos para iluminar e os mais escuros para fazer um smoky eye, como a nossa Joana tanto gosta eheh.

It is the It Palette and it has 12 eye shadows, a gray eye pencil and a brush. The shadows are almost all very neutral, which is perfect for my day-to-day, but yet it has some dark blue tones, a green and a black perfect for more daring makeup looks during the night. The lighter tones are perfect to highlight and the darker ones to do a smokey eye, such as our Joana likes eheh.

Como podem ver as sombras são bastante pigmentadas e são super sedosas. O único ponto negativo que consegui encontrar até agora é o facto de se esfarelarem um pouco ao aplicar nos olhos, algo que nunca me acontece com as sombras da Urban Decay ou da Too Faced. Porém, nada que não se resolva com um pincel humedecido e um bom primer de olhos. Outra forma de resolver esse problema é fazendo primeiro os olhos e só depois preparar a pele. Desta forma eliminamos qualquer resíduo que caia na pele.

As you can see the shadows are very pigmented and super silky. The only down side I found was that they crumble a little when applied to the eyes, something that never happens with Urban Decay or Too Faced shadows. Although, nothing that can't be solved with a wet brush and a good eye primer. Another way to fix it is making the eyes first and only then prepare the skin. This way we can clean any residue that falls on the skin.

Não tenho nada de mal a dizer do pincel, é prático, tem duas pontas, sendo perfeito para viajar, e não deita pêlos ou se estraga facilmente. O lápis veio completar a minha pequena colecção de maquilhagem, pois ainda não tinha nenhum lápis em cinzento, logo foi muito bem-vindo. Em relação à embalagem, ao início não achei muita piada pois o material parecia que se iria estragar muito rapidamente, mas depois de usar algumas vezes já me apercebi que não se suja facilmente e o fecho magnético dá bastante jeito para não perder sombra por todo o lado, visto que elas se soltam com facilidade. Apesar de tudo é uma óptima paleta, com um óptimo preço e qualidade. Recomendo irem até à Sephora espreitar :)

I don't have anything bad to say from the brush, it's practical, is double-ended, being perfect for traveling, and it doesn't leave hair or gets ruined easily. The pencil came to complete my small makeup collection, because I didn't have a gray pencil, so it was very welcome. Concerning the package, at the beginning I didn't like it that much because the material seemed to get ruined very quickly, but after using it several times I realized it doesn't get dirty that easily and the magnetic lock is pretty good so I don't lose shadows everywhere. Despite everything, it's a great palette, with a great price and quality. I recommend going to Sephora and take a look :)

Parasailing ❤️

Hoje venho mostrar-vos as últimas fotos das nossa férias em Vilamoura. Depois de vermos tanta gente a fazer parasailing mesmo ao pé da praia, não resistimos em experimentar. Sempre que penso nisso vem-me um sorriso aos lábios, pois embora não possam acreditar foi uma das melhores experiências da minha vida. Quem me conhece sabe que sou muito medricas em tudo o que envolve desportos. Mas depois de ver como era feito, a segurança que envolvia e que íamos sempre em cima do mar, perdi o medo e fiquei super ansiosa por experimentar. E ainda bem! Foi extraordinário, e não conseguia parar de sorrir por um minuto!
Today I want to show you the last pictures from our holidays in Vilamoura. After seeing so many people doing parasailing right next to the beach, we couldn't resist to try it. Every time I think about it I smile, because you may not believe me but it was one of the best experiences in my life. The ones who know me know that I'm always scared when it comes to sports. But after seeing how it was done, the security it involved and that we would always be on the sea, I lost my fear and I was super excited. I'm glad! It was amazing, and I couldn't stop smiling for a minute!

Quero agradecer ao Algarvexcite, pois toda a equipa foi espectacular e as fotos que nos tiraram ficaram lindas e não podiam ter captado melhor a nossa emoção. Além disso ainda nos emprestaram uma Go Pro para filmarmos todo o processo. E esse é um vídeo que vou guardar para todo o sempre, pois ficou mesmo especial. Espero que gostem das fotografias, que ficaram lindas e muito genuínas. O resto conseguem perceber pelas nossas caras :) 
I want to thank to Algarvexcite, because the entire team was amazing and the pictures they took us are beautiful and they couldn't have captioned our emotions better. Besides that, they also borrowed us a Go Pro to film the whole process. And that's a video I'll always keep, because it's so special. Visiting the caves & seeing the DOLPHINS

Eu não disse que as nossas férias foram muito preenchidas? :) 

Didn't I tell you that our holidays were very busy? :)

Um dos dias ficou reservado para ir fazer um cruzeiro até às grutas de Vilamoura e, com sorte, ver os golfinhos. Foi uma manhã muito bem passada, E CONSEGUIMOS VER OS GOLFINHOS!!! Embora o tempo neste dia não estivesse o melhor, foi muito divertido ir de barco até às grutas e depois entrar nas grutas num barco com fundo de vidro. Reparem nas formações rochosas no topo das grutas e talvez consigam ver uma cara, um tubarão e um gelado. 

One of the days was reserved to do a seafari to the caves in Vilamoura and, luckily, to see the dolphins. It was a very cool morning, AND WE DID SEE THE DOLPHINS!!! Although the weather wasn't the best on that day, it was really funny to go on the boat to the caves and to enter them in a boat with a glass floor. Notice the rock formation on top of the caves and maybe you can see a face, a shark and an ice cream.

Quando estávamos a voltar para trás passámos mesmo ao lado dos golfinhos que, não desfazendo, foi a melhor parte do cruzeiro! Pode parecer cliché, mas os golfinhos são sem dúvida o meu animal preferido pela tranquilidade que me transmitem e pela sua bondade, são realmente animais fantásticos e vê-los a saltar mesmo ao lado do nosso barco sem qualquer receio foi indescritível! Além disso, estar no meio do mar para mim é sempre super relaxante, e com a companhia deles ainda melhor, não é? 

When we were coming back we passed right beside the dolphins that were definitely the best part of the seafari! It may sound cliche, but dolphins are definitely my favorite animal because of the peace they transmit me and for their kindness, they are really fantastic animals and watching them jump right next to our boat without any fear was undescribable! Besides, being in the middle of the sea is super relaxing for me anyways, and with their company even better, right?

Because in summer a good tan is never too much, the brand also launched a new bronzer. This is the Luminizing Bronzer! A powder bronzer, in the typical compact format, with a marbled appearance and a shimmer finish due to its baked effect. It’s only available in one color, the New Bronze Age.

Para um toque de cor no rosto e um aspecto saudável, a marca lançou também um novo blush. Este é um típico blush em pó no formato compacto. É um rosa, com um subtom queimado e particulas douradas, porque a grande tendência deste verão é o rose gold! Está disponível apenas numa cor, a Flushed-Fiction. 

For a touch of color on the face and a healthy look, the brand also launched a new blush. This is a typical powder blush in a compact format. Para enaltecer o bronzeado de verão nada melhor do que um sublime toque de brilho e luz. Para isso, a marca lançou um novo iluminador, este é o Luminizing Highlighter! Um iluminador em pó, no típico formato compacto. A marca diz-nos que o seu brilho perfeito capta a luz, para um iluminado incrível. Está disponível apenas numa cor, a Luminous Light. 

To enhance the summer tan nothing better than a sublime touch of sparkle and light. The brand launched a new illuminator, this is the Luminizing Highlighter! Passamos agora aos batons! Sim, é a minha parte favorita! A marca lançou duas novas cores, um nude com um subtom rosado e um rosa forte com um subtom vermelho. Ambos são de textura cremosa, longa duração e de efeito semi-mate. Adoro as embalagens em rose gold! 

Now let's move on to the lipsticks! Yes, it's my favorite part! The brand has launched two new colors, a nude with a pink undertone and a strong pink with a red undertone. They both have a creamy texture, are long-lasting and have a semi-matt effect. I love the packaging in rose gold!

Porque uma colecção de maquilhagem nunca está completa sem uma gama de vernizes, a marca lançou 4 novas cores, todas de efeito metálico para um toque de luminosidade e sofisticação.
