No último dia pelo Porto decidimos ir visitar a livraria mais famosa da cidade, a Livraria Lello. Esta livraria foi inaugurada em 1906 e além dos prémios internacionais que já acumulou, serviu de inspiração a J. K. Rolling ao escrever os seus livros do Harry Potter. A próxima vez que virem o Harry Potter reparem como as escadarias da escola de Hogwarts são bastante parecidas com a da livraria. É realmente um local fantástico que nos absorve por completo e nos faz querer agarrar em todos os seus livros e não sair mais dali. Já na segunda parte do dia fomos até à Serra do Pilar que tem uma das vistas mais lindas do Porto.
On the last day in Porto we decided to visit the most famous bookshop in the city, Lello Bookshop. This bookshop opened in 1906 and besides the international prizes that it has received, it was an inpiration to J. K. Rolling while writing her Harry Potter books. Next time you see Harry Potter notice how the stairs in Hogwarts are very similar to the ones in this bookshop. It's really an amazing place that totally absorbs us and makes us want to grab all the books and never leave that place again. On the second part of our day we went to Serra do Pilar which has one of the most beautiful views from Porto.
