Finalmente um tempinho para vir escrever aqui no blog, peço mesmo muitas desculpas por não escrever à dois dias mas tenho uma frequência segunda-feira e muita coisa para fazer para a faculdade.
Finally some time to write on the blog, I'm so sorry for not writing the past two days but I have a test on Monday and a lot to do.
Hoje decidi falar sobre cultura, que também é muito importante. O festival IndieLisboa vem aí e, embora nunca tenha ido, lembrei-me que era bom anunciar aqui no blog, pois concordo com tudo o que seja feito para divulgar o cinema português.
Today I decided to talk about culture, which is also very important. The IndieLisboa festival is coming, and although I've never went, I remember that was nice to announce it here on the blog, because I agree with everything that divulges portuguese cinema.
O festival IndieLisboa tem como objectivo mostrar os trabalhos mais recentes e interessantes do cinema independente de todo o mundo, incluindo projectos portugueses. O que se deseja é encontrar novos filmes e novos realizadores no universo do cinema. Criatividade e independência é o que se procura. Este festival tornou-se o Festival Português de Cinema mais importante e vai agora para a sua 10º edição.
IndieLisboa festival has the objective of showing the most recent and interesting works of independent cinema from all over the world, including portuguese projects. It wants to find new films and new directors in the universe of cinema. Creativity and independence are what the festival looks for. This festival become the most important Portuguese Film Festival and now it's on its way to the 10th edition.
Segundo um dos directores: "Em dez anos nunca nos afastámos da nossa ideia de cinema independente, de tentar mostrar que estes filmes são aquilo que achamos mais importante." Este ano a competição inclui 16 curtas e 6 longas-metragens.
According to one of the directors: "In ten years we never deviate from our idea of independent cinema, of trying to show that these films are what we consider the most important." This year the competition includes 16 short-films and 6 features.

E agora, o mais importante: o festival vai decorrer entre 18 e 28 de Abril, na Culturgest, no cinema São Jorge, no Cinema City Alvalade e na Cinemateca. Acho
uma iniciativa muito original e os preços dos bilhetes individuais
(existem preços para grupos também) vão até aos 4 euros apenas. Estão a
pensar ir? E se já foram, o que acharam? Contem-me tudo!
And now, the most important: the festival will happen between 19 and 28 of April, in Culturgest, São Jorge cinema, City Alvalade cinema and in Cinemateca. I think it's an original initiative and the price from the individual tickets (there are also prices for groups) don't go higher than 4 euros. Are you thinking about going this year?
