Bom dia a todos! Como foi o vosso fim-de-semana? Como puderam ver nas redes sociais, no Sábado passei o dia todo na praia. Não podia ter sido melhor para descansar, ler as minhas revistas favoritas, apanhar uma corzinha e dar um mergulho no mar. Depois da praia fomos para uma esplanada comer qualquer coisa, com uma bela vista para o mar. O dia não poderia ser melhor, pois não?
Morning everyone! How was your weekend? As you were able to see on the social networks, on Saturday I spent the entire day at the beach. It couldn't have been any better to get some rest, read my favorite magazines, get some color and swim on the ocean. After the beach we were to an esplanade to eat something, with a beautiful view to the see. The day couldn't get any better, right?

E como estamos em pleno Verão, não haveria uma altura melhor para vos mostrar o que levo comigo na minha mala de praia.
And since we're in the summer, there is no better time to show you what I bring with me in my beach bag.
Primeiro de tudo, e o mais importante, uma toalha de praia. Tive durante muito tempo a mesma toalha de praia, mas embora eu a adorasse já estava super velhinha. Como chegou realmente a altura de a trocar, os meus pais ofereceram-me esta toalha da Benetton nos meus anos. É enorme, super macia e maleável, tal como eu gosto das toalhas de praia. Costumo levar sempre comigo as minhas revistas preferidas para ler enquanto apanho sol e claro a minha carteira (a que estou a usar neste momento é da Quebramar e também foi uma prenda de anos). Por fim, levo claro uma bolsinha mais pequena com todos os produtos que necessito para um dia na praia.
First of all, and the most important, a beach towel. I had the same beach towel for so long, but although I loved it it was super old. It was time to change it, so my parents gave me this Benetton towel on my birthday. It's huge, super soft and really flexible, just how I like my beach towels to be. I usually bring with me my favorite magazines so I can read while I'm tanning and of course my wallet (the one I'm using right now is from Quebramar and it was also a birthday gift). Finally, I always bring a little handbag with all the products I need on a beach day.
Dentro da bolsa levo um protector de cabelo, para ir protegendo o meu cabelo do sol durante o dia, uma água refrescante para o rosto, o meu protector solar e dois hidratantes labiais, porque proteger todas as partes do nosso corpo do sol nunca é demais. Depois levo as minhas chaves de casa (para não ficarem com areia caso esta entre para dentro da mala), um pacote de lenços e de pastilhas, um pente para pentear o cabelo quando saio da água e aquela caixinha branca, que caso estejam a perguntar o que é, é onde levo uma caixa para as lentes de contacto e um mini-frasquinho com o respectivo líquido, caso precise de lavar as lentes ou retirá-las por alguma razão.
Inside the handbag I always bring a hair protector, so I can protect my hair from the sun during the day, a thermal spring water for my face, my sunscreen and two labial moisturizers, because protecting all the parts of our body is never too much. Then I bring my keys (so they don't get with sand if it goes inside the bag), tissues and gums, a tooth-comb to comb my hair after I get out of the water and that little white box, that in case you're wondering what it is, it's where I bring a little box for my contact lenses and a mini bottle with the respective liquid for them, in case I need to wash my contact lenses or remove them for some reason.
Além disto levo também o meu telemóvel dentro da bolsinha e claro os óculos de sol que me estiver a usar nesse dia.
Despite that I always bring my cell-phone inside the handbag and the sunglasses I'm wearing that day.
