O post de
hoje é ligeiramente diferente do habitual. Hoje vou
revelar-vos algumas das minhas dicas de beleza. Coisas simples, fáceis e
algumas delas até mesmo um pouco bizarras, mas a verdade é que resultam.
Today's post is slightly different from usual. Today I’ll reveal to you some of my beauty tips. Simple, easy and some of them
even a little bizarre, but the truth is that they work.
1. Eliminar borbulhas indesejadas

A primeira dica envolve pasta de dentes (sim
leram bem, pasta de dentes eheheh). Todos nós temos uma pasta de dentes em casa
(ou assim eu espero), por isso é um “material” bastante acessível. E quem nunca
teve aquela borbulha super irritante? Pois é, todos nós! E quando tentamos
enchê-la de base ela começa a escamar (que bom, não é?).
The first tip involves toothpaste (yes you read well, toothpaste eheheh).
We all have toothpaste at home (or so I hope), so it's "something"
quite cheap. And who hasn’t had that super annoying pimple? Well, all of us! And
when we try to fill it with foundation it starts flaking (that's good, isn’t
it?).

um tempo antes de fazerem a vossa maquilhagem limpem e hidratem a vossa pele.
E para que aquela borbulha chata não comece a escamar com a base, apliquem um
pouco de pasta de dentes sobre a zona. Basta esperarem uns minutos e a
pele seca fica instantaneamente macia, já para não falar que ajuda na cicatrização
da borbulha. E sim, é provável que no início arda um pouco, mas é suportável e
pelo resultado final vale mesmo a pena.
Well, a while before doing your makeup clean and hydrate your skin. And
for that annoying pimple not start flaking with the foundation, apply a little
bit of toothpaste on the area. Just wait a few minutes and that dry skin is
instantly smoother, not to mention that it helps healing the pimple. And yes, it’s
true that it may burn a little bit, but it’s bearable and for the final result it's really worth
it.
2. Batôm vermelho perfeito

Todas as mulheres gostam de cuidar de si e
isso passa pela maquilhagem. Por vezes gostamos de utilizar algo especial, algo
que nos faça sentir mais femininas e poderosas e esse elemento é sem dúvida o
batôm vermelho. Por ser uma cor bastante forte, gostamos que esteja sempre
impecável e aplicado da melhor maneira.
All women love to pamper themselves and that includes makeup. Sometimes
we like to use something special, something that makes us feel more feminine
and powerful and that element is undoubtedly the red lipstick. Being a very strong
color we like that it's always impeccable and applied perfectly.
Mas quem é que nunca ouviu um sussurro a
dizer-nos “tens batôm nos dentes” (opá aí é que a coisa fica feia!). Acredito
que seja um dos pontos mais embaraçosos de uma mulher, pelo menos para mim é.
Isto acontece porque temos batôm em excesso na parte interior dos lábios (a
que fica mais próxima dos dentes, não mesmo lá dentro, claro).
But who never heard a little whisper telling us "you have lipstick on your
teeth" (omg that's when it gets ugly!). I believe it’s one of the most
embarrassing points of a woman, at least for me it is. This happens because we
have excess of lipstick on the inner part of the lips (the nearest part to the
teeth, not inside, of course).
Mas existe um pequeno truque para evitarem
esta embaraçosa situação. Apliquem o vosso batôm à vontade, a quantidade que
quiserem. Depois é só abrir um pouco a boca e chuparem no dedo (sim é mesmo
chupar no dedo como as criancinhas).
But there is a little tip to avoid this embarrassing situation. Apply
your lipstick, the amount you want. Then open your mouth a little bit and suck on your
finger (yes really suck on your finger like children do).
Sim é verdade, é embaraçoso! Mas também vão fazer isto em casa, não vão andar por aí na rua a chuchar no dedo. Como podem ver pela imagem (as figuras tristes que eu faço por vocês), o produto que estava em excesso fica no dedo e assim o batôm já não irá transferir para os dentes. Isto serve para qualquer tipo de batôm.
Yes it's
true, it's embarrassing! But you will also do this at
home, you won't be walking around the street sucking on your finger. As you can see by
the picture (the sad things that I do for you), the excessive product stays on
the finger, and so the lipstick will no longer transfer to the teeth. This is good for any
lipstick.
3. Pestanas alongadas e sem resíduos

Qual é a mulher que não gosta de ter umas
pestanas longas e volumosas? Penso que todas gostamos! Até porque potencializa
imenso o olhar.
What woman doesn’t like to have long and voluminous eyelashes? I think
that we all like that! Even because it enhances the look a lot.
Para obtermos esse efeito aplicamos camadas
e camadas de máscara. E por vezes as pestanas tocam na parte superior da pálpebra
e pronto, está tudo estragado! Acabamos com uma mancha de máscara na parte
superior da pálpebra. E pela imagem podemos comprovar que não é algo bonito de
se ver. E não me parece que seja uma próxima tendência.
To get
that effect we apply layers and layers of mascara. And
sometimes the lashes touch the upper eyelid and is all messed up! We end
up with mascara on the upper eyelid. And we can prove by the picture
that it isn’t something beautiful to see. And I don’t think it's a next trend.
Para evitarmos este acontecimento, eu tenho
uma pequena dica. Depois de aplicarem a vossa máscara, esperam alguns segundos
(mesmo só alguns segundos, para que a máscara não seque totalmente, mas apenas
parcialmente) e pestanejam para o vosso dedo. Esperam que a máscara seque
totalmente e podem voltar a aplicar o produto e repetir o processo.
To avoid this from happening, I have a small tip. After applying your
mascara, wait a few seconds (just a few seconds so that the mascara doesn’t
dry completely, but only partially) and blink to your finger. You wait until the
mascara dries completely and then you can reapply the product and repeat the process.
Assim o produto em excesso ficará no nosso
dedo e não transferirá para a pálpebra superior. Como fazemos isto com a máscara ainda molhada vamos também alongar as pestanas obtendo assim um efeito
“curl”, mesmo sem o enrolador de pestanas. Não é fantástico? Além disso é algo
super prático e que se faz rapidamente.
This way the excessive product will be on our finger and it will not transfer to
the upper eyelid. Because we do this with the mascara still wet, we will also lengthen
the lashes, getting the "curl" effect, even without the eyelash
curler. Isn’t that fantastic? It's also something super practical and we can make
it quickly.
