Nem acredito que já passou mais uma semana, que já estamos em Maio e que daqui a uma semana irei ter a minha Benção de Finalistas e em pouco tempo terminarei a minha licenciatura. A vida passa a correr e quando menos esperamos algumas das fases mais importantes da nossa vida passam-nos à frente sem lhes darmos a verdadeira importância. Mas eu tenho muita esperança e acredito que vou ter um futuro risonho à minha frente. Apesar de tudo o que nos rodeia nos tentar mandar a baixo, temos de ser positivos e lutar pelos nossos objectivos.
I can't even believe that another week is gone, that it's May already and that in a week I'll have my graduation and in short time I'll finish my degree. Life goes by so quick and when we least expect some of the most important journeys of our life pass by us without us giving them the real importance. But I have hope and I believe that I will have a smiling future. Despite everything around us trying to bring us down, we have to be positive and fight for our goals.
E agora depois deste meu pequeno desabafo vamos ao post de hoje. Quem me segue há algum tempo já conhece a FM Group e sabe que eu tenho o privilégio de por vezes poder experimentar amostras dos produtos da marca para vos poder contar a minha opinião aqui no blog. A minha opinião é a mais sincera e verdadeira, de forma alguma eu tento satisfazer a marca de forma a receber mais amostras. O produto de hoje é o café Focus. Depois de ter experimentado o Energy, de que falei aqui, e ter gostado tanto, hoje venho falar-vos do Focus.

The ones who have been following me for some time already know FM Group and knows that I sometimes have the privilege to try some samples from the brand's products so I can tell you my opinion here on the blog. My opinion is the most honest and real, in any way I'm trying to satisfy the brand in order to get more samples. Today's product is the Focus Coffee. After trying the Energy one, which I talked about here, and liking it so much, today I want to talk about the Focus one.
And now after my little expression of feelings let's go to today's post. No último feriado que passou eu fiquei por casa a organizar umas coisas
para o blog, para a faculdade e claro a relaxar um pouco com a companhia
da minha revista preferida, do meu computador e de um bom café. Qual era o café? O Aurile
focus coffee. Este café contém Extracto de Guaraná e Magnésio e é ideal para momentos de concentração. As suas propriedades ajudam no funcionamento do sistema nervoso e das funções psicológicas. Mais uma vez juntei-lhe leite e açúcar (não consigo beber café sem muiiito açúcar). Achei que mesmo com muito açúcar este café tem um trago mais amargo do que o Energy, o que para mim é um ponto negativo. Em relação ao seu efeito notei realmente que a minha mente estava muito mais acordada e alerta, tendo conseguido avançar bastantes coisas que precisava de fazer nessa tarde. Em geral já percebi que todas as vertentes do café da FM Group têm ingredientes fortes pois nem uma hora depois comecei a sentir o seu efeito.
On the last public holiday I stood home organizing some things for the blog, to college and of course relaxing with the company of my favorite magazine, my laptop and a good coffee. Which coffee? Aurile Focus Coffee. This coffee contains Guarana Extract and Magnesium and it's ideal to moments of concentration. Its properties help on the functioning of the nervous system and the psychological functions. Once again I added milk and sugar (I can't drink coffee without plenty of sugar). I thought that even with that quantity of sugar this coffee is a little bit bitter than the Energy one, which for me is a negative point. Concerning its effect I actually noticed my mind was more awaken and alert, being able to make progress in a lot of things I had to do that afternoon. In general I already realized that all the FM Group coffees have strong ingredients because not even an hour later I started feeling its effect.
