Hoje trago-vos um post um pouco diferente, porque a maquilhagem não é só sobre produtos para disfarçarmos as imperfeições do nosso rosto e embelezar-nos. Temos também de tratar da nossa pele. Por isso, hoje trago-vos uma espécie de review de um produto que revolucionou os meus dias.

Today I bring you a slightly different post, because makeup isn’t only about products to disguise the imperfections on our face and beautify us. We also need to take care of our skin. So today I bring you kind of a review from a product that has revolutionized my days.

Venho falar-vos da máscara facial Blemish Clearing - peel off! Esta máscara pertence à linha Clear Skin da Avon.

I come to speak about the Blemish Clearing - peel off facial mask! This mask belongs to the Clear Skin line by Avon.

A linha Clear Skin da Avon tem à disposição uma vasta gama de produtos faciais. Tendo produtos para todos os tipos de pele e para cada acção especifica. Mas hoje, venho apenas falar-vos da máscara Blemish Clearing.

AVON Clear Skin line has a wide range of facial products available. With products for all skin types and for each specific action. But today, I just come to talk about the Blemish Clearing peel off mask.

Quando se fala em máscaras faciais vêm-nos logo à cabeça imagens de cremes espessos e coloridos. Mas não tem de ser sempre assim! Existe também a vertente de máscaras faciais chamadas “peel-off”. São máscaras que passados alguns minutos da sua aplicação secam e transformam-se como que numa segunda pele. Os responsáveis por esta propriedade são os alginatos, uma substância de caracter gelatinoso que é extraída das algas pardas, maioritariamente comuns em águas frias.

When it comes to facial masks images of thick and colored creams come to our mind . But it's not always like that! There is also facial masks called "peel-off". These masks dry a few minutes after their application and become like a second skin. The responsible ingredients for that are the alginates, a gelatinous substance that is extracted from brown algae, mostly common in cold waters.

E perguntam vocês se este tipo de máscaras (peel off) tem algumas vantagens? Pois claro que tem!

And you ask if this type of masks (peel off masks) has some advantages? Of course it has!

Por ser muito oclusiva, a máscara peel off é três vezes mais eficaz do que as máscaras faciais normais. Como a temperatura deste tipo de máscaras permanece razoavelmente baixa, exercem uma ligeira contração, tanto no músculo, como na pele, obtendo assim efeitos tonificantes. Este tipo de máscaras é recomendado para qualquer tipo de pele, pois os princípios activos “penetram” mais eficazmente na pele.

Because it is very occlusive, the peel off mask is three times more effective than ordinary facial masks. Because the temperature of these masks remains fairly low, they provide a slight contraction on the muscle and on the skin, thus obtaining toning effects. This type of masks is recommended for any type of skin as the active principles "penetrate" on the skin more effectively.

 

Mas falemos agora mais propriamente da Blemish Clearing. Esta máscara está dada como uma máscara correctora nocturna. Com a tecnologia Blemish Busting ajuda a reduzir o aspecto das imperfeições durante a noite. Basta aplicarmos uma fina camada nas zonas em que temos mais imperfeições e deixar secar. Dormimos com o produto no rosto, não é nada incomodativo. Ao aplicar é uma espécie de gel-creme arroxeado, mas depois de secar fica como que uma pele incolor e remove-se muito facilmente. 
But now let's talk about the Blemish Clearing. This mask is given as a repairing night mask. With the Blemish Busting technology it helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes through the night. We simply apply a thin layer in areas where we have more imperfections and we let it dry. We sleep with the product on our face, it isn’t annoying at all. By applying it, it looks like a purplish gel-cream, but after drying it's like a colorless skin layer and we can remove it very easily.

All it promises, I assure you it does it! I've been loving this mask since I ordered it to Ana because she sells AVON, so you know that if you want some product you can contact her.

Nós mulheres usamos diariamente maquilhagem, nem que seja um simples BB Cream. Como tal temos necessidade de limpar bem a nossa pele, mas por vezes um simples desmaquilhante ou gel de limpeza não chegam. Os nossos poros acabam por ficar obstruídos devido aos produtos de maquilhagem e é aí que começa o aparecimento das indesejáveis borbulhas e pontos negros.

We women use makeup daily, even if it's a simple BB Cream. As such we need to clean our skin, but sometimes a simple cleanser or cleansing gel isn’t enough. Our pores eventually become clogged due to makeup products and then it begins the appearance of unwanted pimples and blackheads.

Precisamos então de um produto que limpe em profundidade a nossa pele. Esta máscara por ser peel-off, “insere-se” nos nossos poros “desentupindo-os” e fica durante toda a noite a purificar a nossa pele. No dia seguinte já temos a pele limpa e preparada para mais um dia de maquilhagem. 
So we need a product that deeply cleans our skin. For being a peel off mask, it “becomes part of” our pores and “unclogges them" and it acts overnight to purify our skin. On the next day we have a clean and prepared skin for another day of makeup.

   

A maquilhagem assenta muito melhor quando temos uma boa pele, para isso temos de cuidar dela, limpá-la e hidratá-la.

Makeup looks much better when we have a good skin, so we have to take care of it, clean it and moisturize it.
