Movie time!

Hi everyone!

Hoje é Domingo e é dia de filme por aqui! O filme que vi durante a semana passada foi O Jogo Final. Lembram-se provavelmente de o ter visto nos cartazes do cinema há pouco tempo, mas eu só tive oportunidade de o ver em casa e gostei bastante. Não tinha grandes expectativas quanto ao filme pois nem tinha lido muita coisa sobre ele mas depois de o ver gostei e a história torna-se interessante e no final surpreende-nos! Isso é algo de que eu gosto em filmes, efeito surpresa.

Today is Sunday and it's movie day around here! The movie I saw last week was the Ender's Game. You probably remember seeing it on the theater posters not so long ago, but I only had the chance to watch it at home and I actually liked it. I didn't have a lot of expectations about the movie because I haven't read a lot of things about it but after watching it I liked it and the story becomes interesting and at the end surprises us! That's something I like in movies, the surprise effect.

Num futuro próximo, a raça alienígena Formics atacou a terra e foi Mazer Rackham com o seu heroísmo lendário que salvou o planeta. Agora para se prepararem para um futuro ataque, o Coronel Graff e os militares da frota decidem treinar os jovens mais promissores de forma a encontrarem o próximo Mazer. Ender Wiggin é selecionado para se juntar a esse grupo e distingue-se, recebendo o respeito dos colegas. É então promovido para a Escola do Comando e é ele que vai conduzir os soldados numa batalha épica que vai determinar o futuro da Terra e da raça humana.

In a near future, the alien race Formics attacked the Earth and Mazer Rackham with his legendary heroism saved the planet. Now to be prepared for a future attack, Coronel Graff and the military fleet decide to train the most promising young people so they can find the next Mazer. Ender Wiggin is selected to join the group and distinguishes among the others, receiving the colleagues' respect. He's then promoted to Command School and he's the one who's going to lead the soldiers in an epic battle that will determine the Earth and the human race's future.
