Hoje venho falar-vos do filme que vi ontem: Um Quente Agosto. A protagonista do filme é a Meryl Streep, por isso logo aí fiquei com imensa vontade de ver o filme. Achei que ela estava maravilhosa como sempre, consegue interpretar qualquer papel MESMO. Porém o filme em si desiludiu-me um bocadinho, é muita confusão num filme só, acontece muita coisa ao mesmo tempo e o filme perde um bocadinho o nexo. Mas esta é a minha opinião claro, vocês até podem ter gostado. Concluindo, na minha opinião não é um filme que recomende mas continuo a adorar a Meryl Streep. E a Julia Roberts também está fantástica.

Today I want to talk about the movie I saw yesterday: August: Osage County. The movie's protagonist is Meryl Streep, so just because of that I got so much will to watch the movie. I thought she was amazing as always, she can REALLY interpret any role. However the movie itself disappointed me a little bit, there are a lot of confusion in just one movie, everything happens at the same time and the movie loses sense in some way. But this is my opinion, of course you may have liked it. On conclusion, in my opinion it's not a movie I would recommend but I still love Meryl Streep. And Julia Roberts is also amazing.
Um quente Agosto conta a história das mulheres da família Weston. Todas têm personalidades muito diferentes e muito fortes, estando cada uma em locais diferentes ao longo das suas vidas. Porém, com a chegada de uma tragédia, todas terão de se reunir na casa que as viu crescer. O filme é a adaptação de uma peça que tem o mesmo nome.
August: Osage County tells the story of the women in the Weston family. They all have so much different and strong personalities, being each one of them in different places through their lives. However, with the arrival of a tragedy, they all will have to reunite in the house that saw them growing. The movie is an adaptation of a play that has the same name.
