Trend: beanies and hats

Mas agora vamos ao tema de hoje: gorros e chapéus. Quem disse que um look não pode ser sofisticado com um gorro na cabeça e que um chapéu só pode ser usado no Verão quando está sol e calor? Se ainda pensam assim então leiam o post até ao fim e verão que vão mudar imediatamente a vossa opinião!
But now let's go to today's topic: beanies and hats. Who said that a look can't be sophisticated with a beanie and that a hat can only be used on Summer when there are sun and heat? If you still think that way then read the post until the end and you will see that you will change your opinion!

 Os chapéus e os gorros podem ser os nossos melhores aliados em dias de chuva e naqueles dias em que estamos com um cabelo que mete medo e queremos escondê-lo. Além disso serve para nos manter quentinhas e dá-nos aquele toque de estilo que pode estar a faltar a um look mais monótono. 
Hats and beanies can be our best friends in rainy and bad-hair days. Besides that, they are great to keep us warm and to give us that style touch that may be missing in a monotonous look.

Podem estar a pensar "mas eu tenho lá coragem de sair à rua com um chapéu na cabeça!" e eu entendo-vos perfeitamente porque também não é algo que eu use diariamente, embora os adore! Se têm vergonha começem por usar quando vão viajar ou quando vão passear com o namorado ou com a família. Eu pessoalmente sempre que vou viajar durante o Inverno nunca os deixo em casa. Ora vejam só:
You might me thinking "but I don't have the courage to go out with a hat on my head!" and I totally understand you because it's not something that I use daily, although I love them! If you have shame start wearing them when you are traveling or when you go walk around with your boyfriend or your family. Every time I travel on Winter I never leave them home. Take a look at it:

Gorros / Beanies

O gorro é uma peça mais informal pois normalmente surge em materiais com a lã, tricô e crochê. No caso de serem mais discretas apostem num gorro com uma cor neutra e que não chame a atenção, utilizando um look todo da mesma cor (exemplo da terceira imagem). No caso de quererem um look mais divertido podem apostar num gorro com uma cor forte e divertida (exemplo da segunda imagem). De qualquer forma o gorro fica bem com calças, saias, vestidos e casacos XXL e pode ser usado durante o dia e durante a noite. 

The beanie is a more informal piece because usually it appears in materials like wool, knitting and crochet. If you're more discreet you can bet on a neutral color beanie that doesn't call attention, wearing a total look with the same color (third image). In case you want a funnier look you can bet in a beanie with a strong and fun color (second picture). Any way the beanie looks good with jeans, skirts, dresses and XXL jackets and it can be used during the day and during the night.

Chapéus / Hats

Os chapéus têm tendência a deixar o look mais trendy e mais elaborado pois compõem um mix de cores e materiais. O ideal é sempre usar um chapéu nos tons do restante outfit, de forma a tornar o look mais composto. Como podem ver pelas imagens os chapéus ficam perfeitos com saias e vestidos conjugados com collants, botas ou botins. É o acessório perfeito para durante o dia, pois protege do sol.
Hats have the tendency to leave the look trendier and more elaborated because they make a mix of colors and materials. The ideal is to always use a hat with the same tone from the rest of the outfit, making the look more composed. As you can see in the pictures, hats look perfect with skirts and dresses conjugated with tights, boots or booties. It's the perfect accessory for during the day, because it protects us from the sun too.

Gostam de usar gorros ou chapéus? O importante é ter sempre bom senso e escolher algo que fique bem com o nosso formato de cara e com o restante outfit. 
Do you like to wear beanies or hats? The important is to always have good judgment and pick something that will look good with our face format and with the rest of the outfit.
