Quem nunca ouviu falar de Sexo e a Cidade?
Desde que saíram os filmes eu fiquei fã e não sei quantas vezes já os vi, mas sem ver a série não se percebem totalmente os filmes e toda a história que há por trás de cada personagem. Como tal, há cerca de duas ou três semanas começei a ver a série toda e ontem vi os últimos episódios. Eu juro que nunca vi uma série tão rápido na minha vida, às vezes conseguia deitar-me na cama com um balde de pipocas e ver quase uma temporada inteira numa noite. Acho que isso chega para perceberem que sou fã.
Who has never heard about Sex and the City?
Since the movies were released I became such a fan and I don't know how many times I watched them already, but without watching the series we can't completely understand the movies and all the story behind each character. As such, about two or three weeks ago I started to see the entire series and yesterday I saw the last episodes. I swear I never saw a series so fast in my entire life, sometimes I laid on my bed with a bucket of popcorn and I could watch almost an entire season in one night. I think that's enough so you can understand that I'm a big fan.

Sexo e a Cidade é uma série baseada num livro de Candace Bushnell, Scott B. Smith e Michael Crichton, com o mesmo nome. Foi originalmente transmitida nos EUA em 1998. Passa-se em Nova Iorque e foca a história de quatro amigas, tratando muitas vezes de assuntos relevantes como o papel da mulher na sociedade. A série tem 6 temporadas e mostra a vida de Carrie, uma jornalista que escreve para uma coluna de um jornal (escreve sobre relações interpessoais e sexuais, escrevendo muitas vezes sobre ela própria); Samantha Jones, que trabalha como relações-públicas e não esconde o seu gosto por sexo e por relações sem compromisso; Charlotte York, que trabalha numa galeria de artes e é a mais romântica e sensível das quatro, sempre à procura de um novo relacionamento; e por fim Miranda Hobbes, uma advogada e a mais racional e prática de todas, sempre certa do que quer para a sua vida.
Sex and the city is a series based on a book written by Candace Bushnell, Scott B. Smith e Michael Crichton, with the same name. It was originally transmitted in the USA in 1998. It occurs in New York and focus the story of four friends, dealing a lot of the times with important issues like the role of woman in society. The series has 6 seasons and shows the life of Carrie, a journalist who writes for a newspaper column (she writes about interpersonal and sexual relationships, writing a lot of the times about herself); Samantha Jones, who works as a PR and doesn't hide that she likes sex and relationships without commitment; Charlotte York, who works at a gallery of arts and is the most romantic and sensitive of the four, always looking for a new relationship; and finally Miranda Hobbes, a lawyer and the most rational and practical of them, always sure of what she wants for her life.

Adorei todas as temporadas e há sempre algo nesta série com que nos conseguimos identificar, o que a torna ainda mais especial. Até consegui que o meu namorado visse um episódio comigo! E a paciência que ele tem para me ouvir contar as minhas cenas preferidas? E acreditem que são muitas ahah. Se ainda não viram, não percam tempo e vejam a série porque na minha opinião todas as mulheres a deviam ver!

I loved all the seasons and there is always something in this series with which we can identify ourselves, which makes it even more especial. I even manage to make my boyfriend watch an episode with me! And what about the patience he has hearing me talk about my favorite scenes? And trust me, they are a lot ahah!  If you still haven't seen it, don't lose any more time and go see it because in my opinion every woman should see it!
