Olá a todos! Espero que o post anterior sobre pinceis de olhos vos tenha sido útil. Mas como as dúvidas não são apenas nos pinceis de olhos, iremos continuar no mesmo tema, mas desta vez com pinceis de rosto.
Hello lovelies! I hope the previous post about brushes for the eyes have been helpful for you. But because the questions are not only about the eye brushes, we’ll continue on the same theme, but this time with face brushes.

 

Começamos então com os pinceis utilizados para aplicar base. 

We start then with the brushes used to apply foundation. 

1- Esponjas: As esponjas são uma opção aos típicos pinceis. São de fácil manuseamento e transporte, porém têm que ser lavadas com mais frequência. Temos de ter especial atenção com este produto, para não errar na escolha, ou seja, as esponjas mais porosas são ideias para produtos em pó e as mais densas para produtos com consistência pastosa ou líquida. 

Sponges: Sponges are an option instead of the typical brushes. They are easy to handle and to transport, but they have to be washed more frequently. We must pay special attention to this product, so that way we don't make a mistake in the choice, because more porous sponges are ideal for powder and denser for products with past or liquid consistence.

 

2- Beauty Blender: Este produto parece um pouco complicado, mas trata-se apenas de uma esponja anatómica para aplicação de produtos líquidos no rosto. Devido à sua forma é de fácil utilização e deixa a pele com um aspecto uniforme e natural. Uma das dicas para utilizar este produto é humedecer a esponja num pouco de água, assim ela vai aumentar o seu volume e ficar com um toque mais macio. Ideal para uma maquilhagem com um acabamento natural.

Beauty Blender: This product for many may seem a little complicated, but it's just an anatomical sponge to apply liquid product on the face. Due to its shape is easy to use and leaves the skin with an uniform and natural appearance. One of the tips to use this product is moisten the sponge with a little water, so it will increase its volume and be with a softer touch. Ideal for a makeup with a natural finish.

3- Pincel Língua de Gato Reto: Este pincel tem praticamente a mesma função que qualquer pincel de forma achatada, a única diferença é que este é de topo reto. Para aplicar base com este produto é preciso ter um pouco de prática, o truque é fazer movimentos em “X”, para evitar manchas na pele.

“Cat Tongue Straight” Brush: This brush has almost the same function as any brush with flattened shape, the only difference is that this one has a right top. To apply foundation with this product you need to have a little practice, the trick is making moves on "X" to avoid spots.

4- Pincel Língua de Gato: Este pincel serve apenas para aplicar produtos líquidos ou de textura cremosa. Podemos encontrar este pincel na maioria dos kits. Este produto deixa a pele com uma grande cobertura, não ficando com um visual totalmente natural. Tal como o pincel anterior, este tem o truque de aplicar a base em movimentos “X”.

Cat Tongue Brush: This brush is only meant to apply liquid or creamy products. We can find this brush in most kits. This product leaves the skin with a great cover, not getting a totally natural look. Like the previous brush, this has the trick of applying the foundation on "X" movements.

5- Pincel de Fibra Dupla: Este pincel é feito de cerdas sintéticas e naturais, possuindo assim uma textura macia e deixa a pele com um aspeto mais iluminado. É ideal para quem gosta de uma cobertura de base mais leve. O truque para evitar manchas é espalhar a base em leves batidas.

Duo Fiber Brush: This brush is made of natural and synthetic bristles, thus having a soft texture and leaves the skin with a brighter appearance. It’s ideal for those who like a lighter coverage foundation. The trick to avoid spots is to apply the foundation with light hits.

6- Pincel Kabuki: Este pincel é um dos mais densos do grupo, pois possui uma maior quantidade de cerdas, proporcionando assim uma maior precisão e cobertura para a pele.  Este pincel tende a desperdiçar bastante produto, por isso a dica para que tal não aconteça é aplicar a base no rosto e só depois espalhar com o pincel.

Kabuki Brush: This brush is one of the thickest of the group because it has a larger number of bristles, thus providing greater accuracy and coverage to the skin. This brush tends to waste some product, so the tip to prevent this from happening is to apply the foundation on your face and then spread it with the brush.

Passamos agora à próxima fase da maquilhagem depois da aplicação da base, o corrector. Como tal, vamos agora passar aos pinceis de corretor. 

Now we move to the next stage of makeup after applying the foundation, the concealer. So we’ll now move on to the concealer brushes.

 

1- Pincel “Língua de Gato”: Vimos este pincel no grupo anterior, mas também pode servir para aplicar corrector. Devido à sua forma cria uma superfície lisa e uma melhor cobertura, dando assim um melhor acabamento à pele.

"Cat Tongue" Brush: We saw this brush in the previous group, but it can also be used to apply concealer. Because of its shape it creates a smooth surface and better coverage, thus giving a better finish to the skin.

 

2- Pincel “Língua de Gato Pequeno”: Este pincel é indicado para aplicar produtos de carácter pastoso. Devido à sua forma e pequeno tamanho serve para correcções mais precisas.

"Little Cat Tongue" Brush: This brush is recommended to apply products with pasty character. Due to its small size and shape it's better for more precise corrections.

3- Pincel “Mini Kabuki”: Este pincel tem uma função muito especial e para nós mulheres pode-se dizer que é muitas vezes a nossa salvação. É essencialmente utilizado para corrigir manchas vermelhas, olheiras e marcas ou cicatrizes de acne. Devido à sua forma e densidade corrige com maior precisão. 

"Mini Kabuki" Brush: This brush has a very special function and for us women it can be said that it’s often our salvation. It’s mainly used to correct red spots, dark circles and marks or acne scars. Due to its shape and density it corrects with higher accuracy.

4- Pincel “Língua de Gato Médio”: Este é um pincel multifunções, pois é utilizado para corrigir tanto pequenas áreas, como grandes. Devido à sua forma alongada e achatada é ideal para corrigir olheiras ou até mesmo pequenas marcas.

"Medium Cat Tongue" Brush: This is a multitask brush, because it’s used to correct both small areas and large ones. Because of its elongated and flattened shape it's ideal to correct dark circles or even small spots.

5- Esponjas: As esponjas são também uma boa opção para aplicar corretor. O truque para uma boa correção é aplicar o produto com leves batidas no rosto.

Sponges: Sponges are also a good option to apply concealer. The trick to a good fix is to apply the product with light hits on the face. 

O próximo passo relacionado com o rosto é a aplicação de pó compacto. Para isso temos também alguns pinceis próprios.

The next step related to the face is the application of compact powder. For this we also have some special brushes.

 

1- Pincel Kabuki Especial: Este pincel tem este nome, pois é da família dos Kabukis, mas com uma forma diferente. Devido à sua densidade é ideal para aplicar pó mineral. Para uma aplicação natural e uniforme, o truque é aplicar o produto em movimentos circulares.

Special Kabuki Brush: This brush has this name because it’s in the Kabuki family, but in a different shape. Due to its density is ideal to apply mineral powder. For a natural and uniform application, the trick is to apply the product in circular movements.

 

2- Esponjas: Apesar de não serem as mais práticas para esta função, são também uma opção possível de utilizar. As esponjas tendem a acumular muito produto, podendo assim deixar a pele com um efeito artificial. Para uma aplicação mais leve e um resultado natural o truque é tirar o excesso de produto antes de aplicar no rosto, dando leves pancadas com a esponja na mão.

Sponges: Despite not being the most practical for this function, is also a possible option. Sponges tend to accumulate too much product, so they can leave the skin with an artificial effect. For a lighter application and a natural result, the trick is to take the excessive product before applying in the face, giving light beats with the sponge in your hand.

 

3- Pincel para pó ou base: Este pincel é ideal para quem procura um pincel 2 em 1, pois serve para aplicar base e pó. Devido à sua forma deixa a pele com uma finalização natural e luminosa.

Powder or Foundation Brush: This brush is ideal for those who are looking for a 2 in 1 brush, because it serves to apply foundation and powder. Because of its shape it leaves the skin with a luminous and natural finish.

 

4- Pincel de Pó Regular: Este é o pincel de pó mais comum, é o que geralmente vem nos kits. Devido à sua forma arredondada garante uma pele com um acabamento aveludado e uniforme.

Regular Powder Brush: This is the most common powder brush, it's the one which usually comes in the kits. Because of its rounded shape it ensures a skin with a velvet and uniform finish.

 

5- Pincel “Duo Fiber”: Este pincel é ideal para quem prefere uma aplicação mais suave de pó compacto. A mistura de cerdas sintéticas com naturais deixa a pele com um aspecto polido e natural.

Duo Fiber Brush: This brush is ideal for those who prefer a more gentle application of compact powder. A mixture of synthetic bristles with natural bristles leaves the skin with a polished and natural aspect.

 

6- Pincel de Pó com Ponta Fina: Este é um pincel de precisão, por isso é indicado para aplicar pó em zonas exactas do rosto. Devido à sua forma garante uma cobertura uniforme na zona em que o produto é aplicado. Powder Brush With Fine Tip: This is a precision brush, so it’s suitable to apply powder in exact areas of the face. Due to its shape it ensures uniform coverage in the area where the product is applied.
