Mais uma semana que aí vem, o frio já chegou a Portugal e o Natal está quase aí, estou tão feliz! Adoro quando a cidade e as lojas começam a ficar todas decoradas e começamos a preparar tudo para aquele dia tão especial, para mim é a melhor altura do ano!

Mas deixemos o Natal para mais tarde (irei fazer vários posts especiais dedicados ao Natal claro!), pois hoje eu venho falar de cabelo, ou mais propriamente, os produtos que eu tenho usado no meu cabelo e que me têm ajudado imenso a controlá-lo. Sim, eu admito que nunca tive nem tenho o cabelo mais lindo do mundo, mas já foi muito pior e neste momento tenho alguns produtos e utensílios que me têm ajudado muito depois de lavar o cabelo. Vamos saber quais são?
But let's leave Christmas for later (I will be doing several special posts dedicated to Christmas of course!), because today I come to talk about hair, or more likely, the products I've been using in my hair that have been helping me a lot when I want to control it. Yes, I admit I don't and never did have the most beautiful hair in the world, but it used to be much worse and right now I have several products and utensils that have been helping me very much after I wash my hair. Let's find out which ones are they?
O primeiro passo depois de lavar o cabelo é penteá-lo de forma suave com o pente Advance Techniques da AVON. Este pente é maravilhoso, não prende o cabelo, tem umas cerdas muito suaves e não agride os fios do cabelo.
The first step after I wash my hair is to brush it kindly with the AVON Advance Techniques comb. This comb is amazing, it doesn't grab the hair, has really soft bristles and doesn't hurt the hair.
De seguida aplicar um protector de calor antes de secar o cabelo é muito importante, ainda mais tendo eu um cabelo com algum volume e encaracolado que tem tendência a ficar seco nas pontas muito facilmente. Tenho vindo a aplicar o protector de calor Expert Protection 180º do FRANCK PROVOST. A sua fórmula além de ajudar a pentear, ajuda a lutar contra os danos causados por instrumentos de calor. O cabelo fica mais suave e fácil de moldar como quisermos.
After that, applying a heat protector before drying the hair is very important, even more because I have voluminous and curly hair that has the tendency to get dry at the ends very easily. I have been applying the Expert Protection 180º by FRANCK PROVOST. Its formula besides helping to comb the hair, helps fighting against the damages caused by heat instruments. The hair gets softer and easy to mould like we want to.
Passando então à secagem, utilizo o meu secador favorito, o ph 570 LISSIMA da Rowenta. Este secador tem uma potência até 1000 W e é 2 em 1, pois trás também 8 pares de placas alisadoras, que me ajuda imenso a controlar o volume do meu cabelo. O objectivo seria esticar completamente o cabelo, mas devido ao volume que o meu cabelo tem ele não fica esticado, mas fica mais baixo e controlado. Além de ser pequenino, vem com uma bolsa de viagem onde eu guardo todos os seus instrumentos e assim acompanha-me sempre que vou viajar.
Going now to the drying, I use my favorite hairdryer, the ph 570 LISSIMA by Rowenta. This hairdryer has potency until 1000 W and it's 2 in 1, because it brings 8 pairs of smoother plates, which have been helping me to control my hair's volume. The goal would be to smooth the hair completely, but due to the volume my hair has, it doesn't get smooth, but it gets lower and controlled. Besides being small, it comes with a bag where I keep all its instruments and that way it goes with me every time I travel.
O último passo é hidratar o cabelo e para isso utilizo o meu Mythic Oil da L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL. Nem preciso dizer o quanto gosto deste óleo e as maravilhas que ele faz ao meu cabelo. Como eu já falei dele e da restante gama aqui, nem preciso de continuar a explicar a razão de eu o adorar tanto ahah.
The last step is to hydrate the hair and for that I use my Mythic Oil by L'ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL. I don't even need to say how much I like this oil and the wonders it does to my hair. I talked about it and the entire range here, so I don't even need to explain the reason why I love it so much ahah.
